Return / Refund Policy

Materials can be returned up to 60 days AFTER the ship date of your order.  All returns need to include a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which you can obtain by contacting us.  All returns must have this number clearly marked on the returned shipment / cartons.  The freight cost to return the goods to the factory is at the customer's expense.   There is a 25% restocking fee for goods returned in sellable condition and will be deducted from the credit issued back to the customer.
